Purchase Price, Deposit & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required to reserve the artwork.
• The deposit secures the artwork for a maximum of 7 days (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Full payment of the remaining balance is due before delivery or collection.
• If full payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to release the artwork for sale and retain the deposit.
• All payments are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.
• Each purchased artwork is hand-signed by Alexander Hoeller and includes a certificate of authenticity.

Delivery & Additional Costs

• The purchase price does not include shipping or delivery fees.
• Buyer is responsible for all delivery costs, which are calculated based on the delivery address and invoiced separately.
• Delivery will only be arranged after full payment of both the artwork and delivery charges.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon dispatch.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Ownership & Copyright

• Buyer acquires ownership of the physical artwork only.
• All intellectual property rights remain with the artist.
• The artwork may not be copied, reproduced, exhibited commercially, or published without the prior written consent of the artist.

Condition & Acceptance

• Buyer acknowledges the artwork is sold in its current condition, as shown in-person or via high-quality imagery.
• The artist’s use of material, texture, and technique is considered part of the intended creative expression.

Exhibition & Promotion

• The artist and Wanda Ink LTD reserve the right to include images of the artwork in digital or print portfolios, press materials, exhibitions, and promotional content, even after the sale.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
